Rental FAQs

1. What is the Rental Criteria?

In order to process the application for tenancy, Mikat LLC will conduct a credit screening, review tenancy history and verify both income and employment. Screenings with recent eviction and/or bankruptcy in the last seven years will not be accepted. Gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent.

Proof of income, Two most recent paycheck stubs and/or W-2 from most recent year (if employer is current or self-employed)

2. What is the Pet Policy?

$200 Pet deposit, $200 pet fee and $25 per month pet rent, no more than (2) pets per apartment home. No aggressive breeds permitted – contact Leasing Office for details

3. What is the emergency maintenance number?

4. How much is the application fee?

$55.00 per person. Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Each occupant 18 years of older must meet rental criteria and must sign the lease.

5. How much is the standard security deposit?

$1000.00 due in full to reserve an apartment address.
The security deposit will hold your apartment (up to 30 days) until move-in and is fully refundable at move-out, based on the condition in which the apartment is left.

6. How do I put in a maintenance request?

7. What are the lease terms?

12 month minimum lease with short term options after 12 months

8. What are the pool hours?

Open from 10 am until 10 pm, 7 days a week.
